Here you can find the change form for the Architecture Committee to approve. The Architecture Committee meets when requests are submitted.
Architecture Change Form
This is the change form to fill out and submit to the Architecture committee chair. The chair is currently Joyce Sterner at 7636. Filled out forms can be submitted electronically or in person. They are only required for house color changes, fence design or color changes and major landscaping work. If you aren't sure, just ask!

Please note, for non compliance of procedures the following actions will be taken with 30 days in-between the below steps.
1. Verbal/ email notification from HOA President.
2. Letter from HOA Board and Architecture Committee.
3. Letter from HOA lawyer.
