I'm thinking of changing some things on the front of my home. What needs to go through the Architecture Committee form?
Anything that impacts the look of the front of your house. Examples include, paint colors, fence colors, new or updated fence, concrete. If you're unsure you can also ask!
What are the general color guidelines?
The general guideline for color choices is "Earth Tones". Fence colors are Gray, Black, White, Natural and Battleship gray. Please see the Color List for more information.
