Colony Brook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

Saturday March 5th, 2022

Call to order at 11:37 am

1. Monika Scotti President of Colony Brook Homeowners Association call the meeting to order at 11:37am quorum was present.

2. Roll Call: Those that were in attendance was Monika Scotti, Jack Scotti, and Penny Frank

4. Architectural Committee –

5. Architectural Report-

6. Approval of minutes- January 15th, 2022, were approved as written.

7. Treasurers Report- In Savings Account $11,078.04 in Operating Account $10291.30

Total $21,369.34. We had 2 delinquencies

8. Homeowner’s Comments – no comments

9. Open Issues/ Old Business:

-Secretary of State- reached out to Secretary of State on Monday to find out why we were delinquent, the cost was $20.00 not $10.00

10. New Business:

- Landscaper/Gardener- Will look into 2 other bids besides Green Creation. If we decide to go with Green Creation, it will state, “should they be noncompliance our contract will terminate.”

11. Open Discussion- Will need 3 people to conduct the Audit for the 2021 Treasurer Books.

- Clean the RV Area up in the area’s were there is no homeowner’s property.
