Colony Brook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

Saturday December 11, 2021

Call to order at 11:35 am

1. Monika Scotti President of Colony Brook Homeowners Association call the meeting to order at 11:35am quorum was present.

2. Roll Call: Those that were in attendance was Monika Scotti, Jack Scotti, and Penny Frank.

3. Homeowner Guest –

4. Architectural Committee – Absent

5. Architectural Report- Christopher Burning sent a text message that the Architectural Committee hadn’t met because there were no requests put forth.

6. Approval of minutes for Saturday October 16th, 2021, were approved.

7. Treasurers Report- In Savings Account $10,672.24, in Operating Account $5285.55

Total $15,957.79 – there were no delinquencies

8. Homeowner’s Comments – no comments

9. Open Issues/ Old Business:

a) Mailboxes –are on hold right because of the weather and contractor

10. New Business: there were several cars that had been broken into and it was suggest that the HOA purchase some camera’s and place it on the Gazebo and possibly on some homeowner’s homes. The Board had a long discussion on this and said, “Cameras were brought up at an Annual meeting to have them put by the RV area when motorhomes were being broken into, and homeowners said “NO””. We also said that it is up to a homeowner to protect their own home with camera’s and remember that vehicles must be close. Having cameras around the gazebo will have to put on someone’s phone for monitoring.
