Colony Brook Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

Saturday February 6th, 2021

1.Call to order at 11:20 AM

Monika Scotti President of Colony Brook Homeowners Association call the meeting to order at 11:20 quorum was present.

2. Roll Call: Those that were in attendance was Monika Scotti, Jack Scotti, and Penny Frank.

Homeowner Guest – Due to Covid restriction there were no Homeowner Guests.

3. Approval of minutes for October 23rd, 2020: Minutes of October 10/23/2020 were approved as written.

4. Treasurers Report- In Savings Account $6484.84, in Operating Account $9716.43 Total 16201.27

6. New Business:

a) Discussion on moving $4000.00 from Operating Account to Savings Account. Motion was made by Jack Scotti seconded by Penny Frank. Motion was moved.

b) Motion was made by Jack Scotti to pay the Lawyer $236.00 seconded by Penny Frank. Motion was moved.

c) Board will be looking into Bids for Lawn Care companies

d) Have a meeting with the Architectural Committee on February 16th, 2021 at 6:30 pm at 7625

Colony.

e) Ask our Attorney if we can have ZOOM meetings.

7.Open Discussion:

a) Brought forth that there are some homeowners do not want to obey by the current covenants and that why should we spend the money to revamp our current covenants. Looking into with the lawyer other ways we can have covenants which homeowners need to comply to.

8. Next Meeting: TBA Due to Covid restrictions there is no gatherings allowed
